Yes. With the cords raised, the opening is clear for vehicles or stock. Close the gateway with the remote after the last animal or vehicle has passed.

One gateway for the ute, machinery and cattle
UpGate is designed for cattle farms using electric fences. A single-sided system lifts from one post. Two UpGates can work from opposite sides for a wider opening, with each unit controlled independently.
Step 1
Electric while closed
The blue handle connects the bungy cord to the existing electric fence. On a double-sided system, only one side connects to the fence supply.
Step 2
Open while the mob passes
The gateway does not close on a timer. Leave the cords raised while cattle move, then close with the remote after the opening is clear.
Step 3
Visible and adjustable
Closed cord heights can be adjusted, and the supplied yellow flag marks the highest cord so approaching drivers can see it.

Does a double gateway move both sides together?
No. Each UpGate operates independently and uses its assigned remote button, so the operator controls both units separately.
How wide can the setup be?
The product range includes 7 m and 10 m bungy kits. Gateway suitability depends on the chosen single or double layout, posts, cord sag and site conditions.
